Q. The machines you sold including the warranty? And how does it works?

A. All the machines you buy from www.doublelin.us or directly from Doublelin Group companies are all covered by warranty world-wide. Normally embroidery machine with 5 years limited spare parts warranty and printer with 2 years limited spare parts warranty. The warranty policy please check with Doublelin company by usa@doublelin.net

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. We offer free delivery for machinery orders, the parts or accessories orders you need to pay the postage. For the machine orders, customers get free delivery to door for the customers in USA, Canada, China and some Mexican cities. For other customers, we will delivery the machines to the nearest main seaport to you.

Q. How fast of the delivery for the machines with "manufacuted after order and payment" models?

A. For reduce your cost, the models with "manufactued after order and payment" will be only begin to manufactuer after you placed the order and paid full. These orders can not be cancelled or accept return for any reason. Normally 30~45 days for manufacture and another 15 days for arrange the shipping.

Q. If you have free traning after I ordered the machines?

A. The machine orders, we offer one time one seat free training in our office in Los Angeles, or online through video. The free training face to world wide customers, but only at 9AM to 5PM of U.S. Pacific Time from Monday to Friday except US holidays. The training in English, Spanish (needs appointment) or Chinese (needs appointment) language only.

Q. What type of payment you accept for machine orders?

A. We only accept bank wire, company or personal check (U.S. only), bank check (U.S. only), leaseing (U.S. and Canada only) and L/C as machine payment. If you want to pay by check, please choose "check" when you check-out. Check please issue to "Doublelin International Corp." and mail to "Doublelin International Corp., 840 W 9th Street, Suite E, Upland, CA 91786, U.S.A. your order number please write on your check. For bank wire or also called T.T., please send payment to Doublelin International Corp., Bank: JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Bank Address: 1100 S Diamond Bar Blvd., Diamond Bar, CA 91765, U.S.A., Bank Account: 322271627-231799917, SWIFT code: CHASUS33. Your order number please also included in the message to receiver. For other type of payment, please choose "Purchase Order" when check out. There are 1% and min USD300 sub-charge for the customer choose apply the leasing or pay by L/C.

Q. If I can pay by D/P, D/A or C.O.D.?

A. Sorry, D/P, D/A or C.O.D. is not accepted by all types of orders.

Q. If I can pay the machines order by credit card or debit card?

A. We do not suggest to pay credit card or debit card for your machine orders. But if you want, we can not process it online or through telephone or fax. You need to bring your own card by yourself to our office with you national issued ID.
